This class will teach you belly dancing moves and enhance your flexibility.

Learn classical ballet technique through floor exercises while building strength and mental acuity.
Yoga (Tuesdays @ 10:30am)

Focus on proper breathing, alignment, balance, opening the lines of energy, and building strength.
Groupon promotion for first-time students only. You must come into the studio and get your card activated before attending your first Groupon class. Upon activation, a waiver and release form must be signed by you. Due to limited class sizes, all Groupon promotion classes require online pre-registration. No at-the-door class registrations allowed. Exception: IF space is available, you may attend your first class at the time of card activation. Remainder of classes must be registered for online. Once you register for a class using your Groupon pre-paid class card, there are no cancellations. If you are 10-minutes late for class you will be considered a "no-show" and your spot will be filled by the next person waiting for that class. Any "no-shows" to pre-registered classes forfeit that prepaid class (no exceptions). Class types, dates and times subject to change. Check this page for periodic updates.
